Great spot for a short stay! the staff here are super helpful and gave us the lowdown on the best spots to check out and eat. the location is top-notch too, with a train station right next door for easy exploring 🚆.

the location was incredible and good, a short walk to a train station. btw, went to city center, located not too far away from the hotel. the rooms were beautiful and new-fashioned with the nice new private bathroom and comfortable bed, as for instance, just what was needed. the rate was us$ 67.

I greatly enjoyed cereals, pastries, fruit, and eggs available, too. Location: the hotel was short walk to public transport as well as termini train station.

For us it was ideal.

We only slept at the double room with shower, but enjoyed it. The price was £ 43...

We loved how super clean and modern our room was, and the beds were really cozy. Plus, it was so great being smack dab in the center, near that cool old church 🏰. the airport was only 9 miles away, making our travels super easy.

The beds here are super comfy 😌, and they've got Wi-Fi and Netflix which is great. the location is so convenient, you can easily walk everywhere you need to. I loved being right in the heart of everything.

The rooms at Optimus B&B are so cozy and comfortable, it feels like a home away from home! I loved having a private bathroom and shower in my room, it made getting ready in the mornings super convenient. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days in Rome, keeping the room cool and refreshing. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. Having a minibar in the room was definitely a bonus, I could enjoy a cold drink whenever I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised to find a kettle in the room, it made it easy for me to make a cup of tea whenever I needed a little pick-me-up. The tile/marble floor in the double room gave it a sleek and modern feel, adding to the overall aesthetic of the space. The electric kettle was a great addition to the room, allowing me to make a quick cup of coffee in the morning.

Personally, I didn't really like the idea of having a minibar in the room, as I prefer to explore local cafes and restaurants for drinks and snacks.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Andrea, who took the time to personally guide me through all the details of the room and facilities. The location of the Optimus B&B is perfect, just a short distance from the train station. I received a helpful video guide from Andrea on how to get to the accommodation. Despite being close to everything, the room was quiet and soundproofed. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a smart TV and Netflix access. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including catering to my dietary needs at no extra cost. The daily room cleaning was done to a high standard. Andrea also provided excellent recommendations for places to explore in the area. I had a fantastic experience at the Optimus B&B and would highly recommend it.

I always stay at this amazing place in Rome. The staff once helped me find my lost barrette. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, Luggage storage, Flat-screen TV, and a Lift. No pets allowed, Air conditioning, No smoking on site. Can't wait to come back for my holiday!

Great location near the terminal for easy sightseeing access in 15 minutes. Clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed and pillow. Andrea, the host, was flexible and helpful, providing instructions and even organizing gluten-free breakfast. No issues with early check-in or late check-out. Excellent value for money with spacious rooms and a complimentary breakfast selection.
